Postnatal Recovery Package

(9 months)

It is important that Mum’s body is supported properly to recover optimally from pregnancy and labour. Your body has undertaken an amazing job of nurturing your baby for 9 months and then delivery it to you both, this takes a tole on your body and replenishing depleted nutrients is vital for your wellbeing. It’s a time were you need extra rest and nourishment to support your recovery, energy, breastfeeding (if you choose this), as well as your growing baby. It is a magical time but one that you need to nurture yourself as well as baby.

 

The investment in this 12-week package will include:

 

  • 4 session bespoke nutritional therapy postnatal recovery plan for supporting recovery and a growing baby

  • 12-16 weeks via Zoom/In-person appt

  • Health assessment and diet and lifestyle analysis

  • 1 or Initial consultation – 60 min

  • 3 x follow-ups 45-60 minutes to talk through wins, progress, how the protocol is working, and if we need to adjust anything. 

  • 1 x 15-minute motivational check-in calls.

  • Step-by-step personalised food and lifestyle recommendations

  • Tailored supplement recommendations with a 10% discount

  • Private functional testing recommendations & GP referrals, with interpretation of results

  • Review of relevant hospital/GP tests

  • Personalised 2-week nourishing meal plans for Fertility Health

  • Educational Handouts to support recommendations

  • Access to your own online client portal to receive all your forms, handouts, messages, and plans all in one place

  • Support throughout (Mon-Thurs, 10-2pm) via messaging service in app in between appointments if needed

  • Coaching support and accountability to keep you on track
